Buying a Halcyon Bear could not be easier:
Order Online
Click on the Add button next to your chosen bear. We do not take payment online yet, but as soon as we receive your order, your chosen bear is reserved for 24 hours. We will then call or email you to take credit card details and confirm and complete the order.
Order by telephone
Call us on our order line 01803 314958 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday (UK time) - out of hours there is an answerphone to take your details.
Order by email
You can also order or reserve a bear by email at sales@halcyonbears.com.
Payment
We accept payment in cash (if posting cash, please send it by registered mail), by cheque and all major credit and switch cards. If shopping from outside the UK, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency when they invoice you, using the then current exchange rate. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
Returns Policy
We do our best to guarantee that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if your purchase is not what you expected, you may return the bear to us, unmarked, within 14 days and we will refund your money. Please notify us before returning your purchase. You are responsible for the cost of postage, packing and insurance for any return.
Taxes and Customs Duties
Overseas buyers are responsible for all taxes, duties and charges levied by Customs Authorities.
Out of Stock
If we do not have your required purchase in stock, we will do our best to source the bear, but if none are available or it was a one off, we will let you know as quickly as possible to avoid disappointment.
